Ireland Summer Program

This summer, Bridge Education Abroad Institute (BEA) will hold its 3rd annual summer program on the campuses of Trinity College Dublin and University College Cork. BEA will be hosting an award winning international faculty from some of the best universities in the USA and Europe. Students from learn from professors and guest speakers on the topics of: Ethno-national conflict and Irish identity, public policy, international relations and security, diplomacy, and global leadership.

The Ireland summer program is a premiere ten day summer institute for ambitious students and young professionals. We strive to challenge our students through a vigorous "real life" experience that features lecturers from some of the most prestigious universities in the word. Participants can look forward to team projects, simulations, press conferences and cultural excursions.

Location: Prague, Czech Republic

This comprehensive, hands-on video news production course will teach you the skills necessary to create professional video news stories suitable for all video news operations: television, newspaper websites and stand-alone internet/mobile news sites. You will be working in a real-world situation with typical newsroom deadlines to meet.

The course will be taught by two award-winning professionals – a veteran network news reporter-producer and a multifaceted video editor and director.

Institute for Food Studies. This course focuses on the intersection between
food and media, a connection that has elicited much interest in

TOL's International Multimedia Reporting course

We would like to inform you that we've finalized a lineup of lecturers for TOL's International Multimedia Reporting courseThis course is a great introduction to international multimedia reporting that will teach participants how to carve out a place in a changing, but still fascinating profession and make it work financially. 

 
Course participants will be trained by highly experienced foreign correspondents and complete a real-life reporting assignment under their guidance that can generate an invaluable clip for an early-career journalist.

The course will be held in Prague, Czech Republic from May 9-28, 2015. We are also sending the course brochure, attached to this email, and would like to ask you to send it to your students and to print out the brochure and display it on an appropriate notice board.
